Responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sales Representative
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- 5 years’ experience in business administration, sales or relevant field
- References to be provided
- Needs to reside within a 20 km radius of Brakpan

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in line with company objectives.
THE ROLE
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing key client relationships
- Driving sales performance and revenue growth
- Overseeing sales activity in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new clients and opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Coordinate and support sales activity in KZN, including travel as required

REQUIREMENTS
