MEET THE TEAM
With a background in Marketing and Cleaning services, I entered the industrial cleaning business in 1994.
As the focus on the environment began to increase globally during the 1990’s, these multi-national clients soon began asking for environmental cleaning solutions.
We already ahead of the curve and in 2000 the Rapid Spill Response company was formed to cater for this growing market.
My journey with Rapid Spill Response started in the operations department.
Working with the teams on client sites, learning on the ground.
With an in-depth knowledge of the service we offer and the clients we offer it to, we build custom solutions for clients to aid in making Environmental compliance easy.
My interest in the Spill Response industry started over 21 years ago, I completed by master’s degree in SHE Management at USQ in Australia which complimented my professional interest. Together with my brilliant Rapid team we have served industry for many years, we have built relationships based on trust and integrity and I am very proud to be part of Rapid.
This industry requires resilience and persistence which I thrive in, the fasted paced nature moulded me to become stronger and provided a balance between business and customer service which is I transferred to the sales team genuinely making them the preferred trusted consultants at all clients that needs our services. I am truly honoured to be part of sales team which lives out our values in their daily dealings.
Adding to the Client experience
All our existing clients know that they can contact us at any time 24/7 with request or query and we will always resolve the situation as far as humanly possible.
The operations team strives to always provide the best service.
My department ensures that invoices and reports go out to our customers quickly and accurately.
I am truly grateful to be part of the Administration team which lives our daily dealings by:

My department ensures that vehicles and equipment go out with our teams to do the job right the first time.
