An established, fast paced, growth and services orientated spill response and industrial cleaning company is looking for a “30 something” Accounts Assistant with 5-10 years of experience.

Ideally, you must be extremely organized, be able to manage time and plan, have ability to deliver great work under pressure, good communication skills, be ethical and honest and able to maintain confidentiality, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and skill in Sage Evolution, Excel, Word and have initiative and not be adverse to be odd day of working late.

We need good written and spoken English and Afrikaans, a friendly and extroverted communication style and a team player. A driver’s license would be an advantage.

KPA’s include: Report generation, collection of the debtor’s book, invoicing and quotations, following up on order numbers and of course provide general support to the Admin Manager.
